Teros Rewards Impact Ltd carries on business and domestic software development (SIC 62012), with its registered office at Great Portland Street in London W1W.

We specialise in rewards, loyalty and recognition software. It looks like a simple domain and it is not: a points balance is a ledger, tiers are a state machine, and redemption is a transaction that has to be right every time. Most schemes that lose their audience lose it on exactly those mechanics rather than on the design.

So we start with the rules. Who earns what, for doing what, when it expires, what happens on a refund, a correction or a leaver — written down before anything is built. Then it gets built and tested, with the awkward cases covered rather than discovered.

Work is scoped in writing before it begins, and the source code is handed over on completion. If you already have a scheme and it is not landing, that is usually a more interesting conversation than a new build.
