Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website terosrew.site and any engagement with Teros Rewards Impact Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Teros Rewards Impact Ltd, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, Greater London, England, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 959 523.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Projects, scope and what a rewards scheme is not
Scope, deliverables, timescales and fees are agreed in writing before development begins, and changes requested afterwards are quoted separately. Software is supplied against an agreed specification; we do not warrant that any software will be uninterrupted or error free, and support and maintenance are provided only where separately agreed. Intellectual property in commissioned work, and any licence to use it, passes as set out in the project agreement, normally on payment in full. Third-party components are supplied under their own licence terms.
We build software; we do not operate schemes or hold funds. Where we build a rewards, loyalty or recognition system, the scheme itself is operated by our client, who sets its rules and is responsible for honouring them, for the tax treatment of any award, and for the terms offered to members. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, we do not issue electronic money or payment instruments, we do not hold or transmit client or member funds, and points or credits within a system we build are not money, a deposit or a financial product. Where a client intends a scheme to involve payment services, e-money, gift cards, cryptoassets or anything redeemable for cash, the client is responsible for taking its own regulatory advice; we will flag it if we spot it, but we do not advise on it. Clients remain responsible for their own data protection obligations as controller in respect of member data.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
